Yes, we take care of everything. From delivery to full installation and professional printhead calibration in your factory or workshop. Once the printer is up and running, we train your staff to operate and maintain it confidently.
4 - What is your warranty policy?
Our printers include a 1-year warranty for all major components (excluding consumables). And even after that, our team is always available to support you with maintenance and spare parts.
5 - Do you provide after-sales maintenance?
Yes, we offer comprehensive after-sales maintenance services. Whether you need routine check-ups, troubleshooting, or spare parts, our technical team is ready to support you, on-site or remotely.

We import our printers, inks, papers, films, powders, and spare parts directly from trusted international manufacturers with strict quality control.
7 - Do you offer technical support for third-party printers?
Yes. While we specialize in the brands we offer, our technical team is familiar with many third-party printers and may be able to support you depending on the printer type. Whether it’s setup, calibration, or troubleshooting.
